How to order OctaDeEpics Card?
Existing OctaDeEpics users in eligible countries can apply or register their interest for a OctaDeEpics Card by:

1. Hover over [Finance] and click [OctaDeEpics Card] from the top navigation bar or select [Card] in the footer of OctaDeEpics.com.

2. Log in to your account and click [Get Started] on the [OctaDeEpics Card] page.

3. You can choose how your name appears on the card. Once confirmed, click [Next].

4. Create a PIN for your physical card. A PIN is required for ATM withdrawals and large transactions at physical stores.
How do I activate my OctaDeEpics Card?
You can activate your physical OctaDeEpics Card from your Card Dashboard

1. Enter the last four digits of your physical OctaDeEpics Card

2. Input the 3 digits CVV on your card

3. You have successfully activated your card!
Is this a Debit or Credit Card ?
OctaDeEpics Visa Card is a debit card.
How does it work?
OctaDeEpics Card enables real-time conversion of cryptocurrency to EUR currency when you make your transaction. EUR can also be spent directly from your Funding Wallet.

Which cryptocurrencies can be used?
Currently, we support the conversion and spending of BNB, BUSD, USDT, BTC, SXP, ETH, EUR, ADA, DOT, XRP, AVAX, SHIB, LAZIO, PORTO, SANTOS with your OctaDeEpics Card.
What happens if my payment gets refunded?
The OctaDeEpics Card is denominated in EUR and all related transactions are processed in EUR. Therefore, refunds of any kind will always be credited in EUR.
Where and how can I use the card?
You can use the card anywhere you see the Visa logo.

Your virtual OctaDeEpics Card will be automatically activated upon successful order and can be used for online payments or be added to Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Once your Physical card has been delivered to you, you will be able to activate your physical OctaDeEpics Card via the Card Dashboard.
